What Does Delayed Period Indicate?

my girlfriend periods date was 25th Oct. but its late 15days .... and we have done sex on 19th Oct before 6days of period and she is already week 45kg almost so because 15days late period she is pregant or what pls help me what should she have to start periods

Hello,

The time of intercourse falls in the safe period of the cycle as ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the cycle.

So, chances of pregnancy are very little. The cause of the delay in the period could be a transient hormone disturbance.

Proper clinical evaluation and a trans-vaginal sonogram along with a pregnancy test help plan further management. If pregnancy is excluded, induction of the period is done through hormone replacement.
