What Does Delayed Periods Indicate?

I have 2 kids my daughter is 4 years 9 months & boy is 2 years 3 months i don t want anymore kids right now but problem is that in this month my periods are one week late i am scared about pregnancy can I take any tablet for getting periods please tell me?

I have been considered you case carefully,kindly before take any type of medicine for periods check your pregnancy test,
in case of if your test becomes Positive
kindly consult with gynecologist because sometimes pregnancy loss medicines has some contraindications,
in case of Negative pregnancy kindly wait for 1 more week
