Hello and welcome to HCM,
he mammograph shows presence of a single fibroadenoma in right breast and bilateral breasts show fibroadenosis.
Fibroadenoma is a benign breast lesion in which a well defined lump is formed is the breast tissue.
The lump is well-defined and freely mobile.
The treatment of fibroadenoma is surgical excision.
Fibroadenosis is also is benign condition characterised by multiple dilation and cyst formation of ducts in the breast tissue.
The dilated ducts and cysts are filled with fluid and secretions.
The treatment of this condition is conservative.
Hormonal therapy is given for this condition.
However, an aspiration cytology of the fibroadenoma as well as fibroadenosis is required to establish final diagnosis.
The management can be planned after aspiration cytology.
Consult your surgeon for further investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
