What Does Dilation Of Fimbria In The Report Suggest?

The report from my doctor reads, "there is a normal uterine cavity. There is prompt of both tubes and the fimbria are visualized. There is question of bilateral adhesions. No definite spillage is seen. There is dilation of the right fimbria. What does this mean?? Are both of my tubes blocked?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.If spillage is not seen on both sides suggest blockage on both sides.
2.Fimbria is the distal end of the fallopian tube, which is seen dilated on the right suggest blockage, left side not mentioned.
3.Seems like both sides it is blocked, which might need intervention.
4.Re-cannulisation process is done in this case to dilate the distal part under visualisation.
5.The possible cause could be previous infective process.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
