What Does Disc Dessication At All Levels?

my wife is having leg pain on both legs for the past 30 years.She had treatment with all types,allopathy,siddha,ayurvedic etc.,but none of them gave relief.recently on consultation with a neuro specialist,she had MRI scan of spinal chord.The repor says,disc dessication at all levels.Circumferential disc bulge at L4/L5 and L5/S1 levels causing ventral thecal sac compression with no significant neural foraminal narrowing/nerve root.Normal cord signals.Normal bilateral acro iliac joints.My relative MBBS.,DGO.,has advised her to take UBICAR TAblets for a month.I request your advice please.
