Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Lesions above the nipples can be due to skin conditions like lichen planus, psoriasis or fungal infection.
Proper examination and investigations can lead to correct diagnosis and treatment should be taken accordingly.
I will suggest you to consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
