What Does Discomfort In The Chest On The Left Side Indicate?

Hi, I ve had a Pin prick sensation in my left chest area for the past two days now and I m getting a little concerned. It s not painful, but definitely noticeable. It comes and goes, sometimes lasting for minutes at a time. Any advice? Greatly appreciated.

if u have normal blood pressure and pain is on a very small area and all times at different area ...u need not worry
