What Does Discomfort On The Right Side Of The Chest Indicate?

Thank you,I was laughing,got some discomfort,on right side of my chest,it move to right shoulder,then to my right shoulder blade,now it s all down my arm.It has been like that for last 3 weeks.Do you think should go to ER? Joann
