What Does Dizziness Along With Slurred Speech Indicate?

My blood pressure is normally 120 over 80. I think I had a mini stroke and my blood pressure went to 144 over 69. I did not go to the doctor. I felt dizzy I was slurring my words and my right side felt weird. In a few hours later I felt better but I was feeling weak for a couple of days. Should I be concern

Yes, these are transient ischemia attacks and could be a prelude to a major stroke and we need to stop these right here . consult a neurologist or near eat stroke clinic and get a MRI of brain done and mostly they will start you on blood thinners and antihypertensives.
