Hello,
As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:
Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor and to confirm and rule out other pathological disorders do few investigations like [CBC with differential, fasting blood sugar,24-hour Holter ECG monitor, and ECHO] and if all tests are normal then follow few preventive steps as below:
1) Drink more water, less alcohol. Alcohol is dehydrating and can lower blood pressure, even if you drink in moderation. Water, on the other hand, combats
dehydration and increases blood volume.
2) Try to follow a healthy
diet plan. Get all the nutrients you need for good health by focusing on a variety of foods, including whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean chicken and fish.
3) Go slowly when changing body positions. Before getting out of bed in the morning, breathe deeply for a few minutes and then slowly sit up before standing. If you begin to get symptoms while standing, cross your thighs in a scissors fashion and squeeze, or put one foot on a chair and lean as far forward as possible. These maneuvers encourage blood to flow from your legs to your heart.
4) Try to eat small, low-carb meals. To help prevent blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals, eat small portions several times a day and limit high-
carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta, and bread. You can also drink caffeinated coffee with meals to temporarily raise blood pressure.
5) Try to wear compression stockings on lower legs.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
