What Does Dizziness, Bruise And Diarrhea Indicate?

I have so many symptoms, pancreas hurts, if I eat I want to throw up, dizziness, bad mouth taste, sore limp nodes, bruise easily, diarrhea every day, pain everywhere etc I have been hiding these symptoms and feel devastated, i am in such disconfort dont know what is the next step.

It is necessary performing some tests in order to investigate on the possible cause underlying your complaints. In this regard, I would recommend performing these tests:
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- Lipase and amylase plasma levels
- Kidney and liver function tests
- An abdominal ultrasound
- A fibrogastroscopy
