General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You may want to add a decongestant to the antihistamine, claritine, that you are currently using. This can be combined with tablet claritine d or you can get a decongestant separately. The decongestant should help get rid of any congestion in the sinuses. If you are experiencing facial discomfort due to congestion of these sinuses then a warm compress to the face would also help. The compress can be applied 2 to 3 times daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
