What Does Dry Scaly Spots On The Pelvic Area Suggest?

I Have These Dry Scaly Spots On The Pelvis Area Of My Vagina & Some Feel Like Pimples But They re Not & Some Of Them Have Pus Coming Out If I Pop It. I ve Had Them For A Very Long Time & I Just want To Know What It Could Be Before I Go See A Doctor. Please Help..

I really appreciate your concern, chances of fungal infection is very likely but this could be bacterial and so such condition can be best treated with "Miconazole, Beclomethasone, and Neomycin, cream, take care for good hygiene, hope this information helps, take care.
