What Does Dyskaryosis And Colposcopy Mean?

hi i am 25 and went for my first smear about 2 weeks ago my resuolts came back abnormal and it said i had severe dyskaryosis and need to go for a coposcy?? (not sure how you spell it ) i worried as i dont understand all the words and i do have regular pain round that area does this mean i have cancer or a form of cancer?
