What Does Earache Along With Headache And Neck Pain Indicate?
I started with pain running between ear to ear along the bak of myskull. This has now progressed to everyday headache and should/neck pain. I also have some vertigo/fogginess with this. Has a neck MRI which was normal. Pain shot andpain medicne has done nothing. Doctor thinks it may be migranes.Thoughts?

Hello,
It can be migraine or vestibulitis like an ear infection. Physical examination needed for that. For inner ear infection, short term steroid course prescribed. For migraine ibuprofen or rizatriptan needs to be given. Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and get a prescription.
