Your symptoms highly suggestive pulmonary embolism.... Examination of your calf muscle done to look for deep vein thrombosis ... Here for confirmation of pulmonary embolism CT angiogram can be done.... If emboli seen heparin given..... So search for cause need to be done as otherwise d dimer not elevated Also investigate with PT , aPTT like test .... Consult good physician for detail examination and investigation ... Take care.
