What Does Elevated SGPT Level Indicate?

i got my sgpt report and result is 48.1 iu/l normal range is 0-40. what does it mean and my stomach is a littl bit out and tight. what does it mean and what disease it can be?? hel meeee...... and yes m not fatty my height is 173 and weight arnd 6-0..

I can understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way. SGPT is a liver enzyme which is present in liver cells and tends to leak into the blood when liver cells are damaged. However you have a condition called asymptomatic mild elevation of liver enzymes. It is a normal findings in most of the cases. However certain diseases have been associated with it like
