Hi!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

With these information you have given I can understand only two things:
-One is that your Diabetes is under control.
HbA1c - is an important blood test used to determine how well your diabetes is being controlled. The amount of hemoglobin A1c will reflect the last several weeks of blood sugar levels, typically encompassing a period of 120 days.
The goal for people with diabetes is a hemoglobin A1c less than 7%.
Your HbA1c is 6.3 so it is good.

-The other thing is that you might have an infection in your body because your leucocytes are elevated (normal range is 4000-10000) and your ESR is increased too (normal value for your age is 22 ).The ESR is increased in inflammation.
Neutrophils(polymorphs) are elevated too (normal range is 40-74) and this indicate that you have an bacterial infection.

Talk to your doctor about what these results mean. A high white blood cell count and results from other tests may already indicate the cause of your illness, or your doctor may suggest other tests to further evaluate your condition.

Hope it answered your inquiry!
