What Does Endometrial Thickness Of 4.2mm And Echogenic Focus Of 3.4mm Mean?

Hi Doctor, I Had undergone A TVS on March 31st Coz I had terrible pain in my periods that I got on the 28th of March.My Endometrial Thickness is 4.2mm & there is a small echogenic focus of 3.4mm seen in the cavity.Is there a possibility that I m Pregnant.I have been getting spotting at regular intervals.Also have been having Vomitting Sensations & Some nasal bleeding as well. My medical history is sound. I am 29 years of age.
