What Does Endometrial Thickness Of 7.6mm From USG Suggest?

hi i got atransvaaginal usg done on 15th day of my perod .(i have a regular 29 days cycle)usg showed endometrial thicness of 7.6mm .also hydrosalpinx ? my gynaec said that tubes are not clearly viewed on usg she might have misinterpreted the image it could be a mature follicle .can this happen?i never had infection or any symptom .my first delivery was ftnd and i never had fertility issues.pls guide me,i am totally confused with the different opinions given by doctors
