Hello and welcome to HCM,

Cyst in the ovaries is a normal finding in healthy menstruating females, however, it should be monitored regularly to see if the size of the cyst is stable or its is increasing.
Endometriosis is condition wherein the endometrial lining is implanted outside the endometrial cavity.
Endometriosis can lead to irregular menstruation ,thus, endometriotic focus i the pouch of Douglas can be the cause of irregular menstrual cycles.
Pouch of Douglas is the pouch formed by peritoneal cavity between uterus and urinary bladder.

Consult your gynaecologist for further work up. The pelvic adhesions can also be due to the endometriosis in the pouch of Douglas.
Endometriotic foci when severe are managed by laparoscopic treatment.

Thanks and take care
