General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
You seem to have a blighted ovum or chemical pregnancy... where ovulation &faulty fertilisation &corresponding hormonal changes take place without formation of embryo. .. so all bodily changes &symptoms of pregnancy are seen, there is no embryonic growth .... so pregnancy is not viable.
Such pregnancy is not likely to produce a baby, it would be either terminated automatically or needs to be removed surgically.
Please don't be depressed ...the condition need not recur....you would conceive normally in few months .. be cool.
Thanks.
