What Does Enlarged Endometrial Complex In The Ultrasound Suggest?

I had a pelvic ultrasound report and I dont understand what it means. It says the retroverted uterus is normal in size 7.2x4.4x5.6 cm contour and ecotexture..endometrial echo complex is enlarged n measures 1.9cm at its widest diameter..both ovaries are enlarged..does it raise any concern?

Not very clear from your report,as to the cause for enlargement of ovary,Is it due to PCOD or other cause.Also what phase of your menstrual cycle are you in and what is your age,endometrial thickness can increase during secretory phase .
