What Does Enlarged Liver With Heterogeneous Parenchyma Mean?

abdominal ultrasonography showed an enlarged liver with heterogenous parenchyma and irregular surface. Three intrahepatic masses, the biggest in the left lobe measuring 7.2 x 7.5cm. There was no free intra-abdominal fluid. Low albumin and raised AST, GGT and alkaline phosphatise. ALT was normal. What does this mean?
