What Does Enlarged Ovaries With Multiple Cysts Mean?

both ovaries are enlarged and show multiple small peripherally placed follicles / cysts while i took scan to cure irregular periods, result came like this, can you please explain what problems will come by this in future ? expecting your reply... :(
