THE UTERUS IS ANTEVERTED AND OF NORMAL SIZE. THE ENDOMETRIAL THICKNESS 0.7Cm. right ovary measures 12.1cc left ovary measures 16.6cc. both ovaries are enlarged and shows multiple small follicles. there is no evidence of free fluid in the pouch of douglas
