OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Enlargement of posterior fossa of the brain in the fetus can be due to :
1. Congenital anomalies like Dandy Walker syndrome
2. Absence of cerebellar vermis
3. Posterior fossa cyst
I suggest her to consult a fetal medicine specialist to get a detailed anomaly scan to detect any other congenital anomaly in the fetus, get an amniocentesis done to determine the fetal karyotype and get further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
