What Does Enlarged Uterus Mean?

Im 27 and I have been on depo for 9 years, my doctor told me uterus felt enlarged when i had my last check up and I need to have a ultra sound..what does enlarged mean when it comes to the uterus? I also have leakage coming from my right breast only...they are not making anything clear to me? Is it the depo? Im confused
