What Does Enlargement Of Bile Duct In Report Suggest?

First I am in stage 3 Pkd with cycts on my liver too. But What does it mean when my report says, grossly unchanged borderline enlargement of the commom bile duct and pancreatic duct without intrahepatic biliary duct dilatation or gallbladder distention.

Hello

USG findings suggests borderline enlargement of common bile duct(CBD) and main pancreatic duct.It is a benign finding.It is good that there is no associated dilatation of IHBR's and gall bladder distention,which if present may indicate pathology.
Findings are same as compared to previous findings.
It is important to know your age because it varies with age.
So,you don't worry about borderline enlargement.
