Hello Aki,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand that you are having mild acne on your nose and from your history, I presume that you have not taken any treatment for the same.
I suggest that you use a gel containing 1 % Clindamycin in the morning and a gel containing 2.5% benzoyl peroxide at bedtime.
Apply it not only on your pimples but on the area around it as the surrounding area can also harbor the pimple-causing bacteria, which will lead to recurrent break outs.
Use a face wash containing 2 % salicylic acid once a day
Avoid cosmetics which have a cream based consistency.
Have a well, balanced diet and avoid fried and sugary food items.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
