What Does Esr Of 29, 1:1280 Ana Titer Indicate?

I have an esr of 29, 1:1280 ana titer with centromere pattern. Head rash, tired all the time, can t lose weight no matter what I do, joint and muscle pain, swelling of hands and feet, had complications with both of my pregnancies preeclampsia with very low birth weights and prematurity. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?
