What Does Excessive Sweating And Stomach Ache Along With Weakness And Coldness Indicate?

My brother in law has had 3 spells Sat. 2 Sat. night and 1 this morning. They include: turns pale, sickly; strange sensations in the head and stomach pain then sweats and after his sweats he is weak and cold. Then he is okay afterwards until the next spell.
