What Does Excessive Sweating Indicate?

I have excessive sweating just sitting and not doing anything - sitting in underwear with AC going and a fan directly on me. There is also a pressure under my right breast. Thought it might be dehydration but have drunk over 48 oz of water over the last 2-3 hours.

You have to give us much details about you and your situation. We need to know if you have any other signes like rush, fever, difficulties while breathing etc. We need to know even your age. Sometimes the excess sweeting occurs in menopause commonly associated with facial rush and chest pain.
It is better if you do a complete blood count . Also hodgin limphoma has excess sweetingecpespecially at night and may give chest pain due to commpresion that enlarged toracal lymphatic nodes do to near structures.
