Sir I left weight lifting in January and after that I can see a continuous increase in my weight from 92kgs to 108 kgs just in 8/9months. I don’t eat that much oily foods that let to this stage. I started working out again in july but that didn’t let to any change and the pattern of increasing weight i still there.
dear user firstly i would like to tell you that weight gain has several causes and we can detect from these causes the main you have..........many people think that weight gain refer only to eating so much food especially oily food but there are other factors more important.....in your case you were doing lifting of heavy weight and this excersise accomodate your body to have muscular area and loss of fat turning this fat to utilized by muscles growth......when you stop this excercise it shouldnot stop suddenly as the muscles not work and metabolism troubles happened lead to the muscle energy turned gradually to fatty tissue and that will cause weight gain rapidly.......you should turn back to excercise but not severe just moderate excercise that help your body again to utilize and burn these fats....also dietary regimen should followed...the quantity of food not important as the type of food ...you need to have food plenty of fibers such as salads apples pananas and othervegetables and fruits..... food plenty of fibres ...with this food regimen and mild excersise will relief your worry.........wish you healthy life
