What Does Extensive St-t Changes In EKG Report Indicate?
24 y/o male. Recently diagnosed with hypertension and started on 25mg of metroprolol and 5mg of Lisinopril daily. EKG showed extensive st-t changes, but Dr. seemed to show little concern. Dr. Scheduled an ultrasound with sound on the heart for a a month and a 1/2 later, which is still a week and a half away. I ve been very nervous since then, especially because I have a bounding pulse after dinner, and sometimes after a shower. Any idea what this could be?

I really appreciate your concern, such EKG changes may be due to long standing hypertension called hypertension responsive and this is nothing to worry, still stress cardiography can be tested, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
