Need answers & advise. I think my husband might be mentally I ll & I fear for my safety Symptoms are: Extreme anger Extreme depression Constant confusion Talks to himself paranoia and anxiety Fights with someone breaking things screaming at someone he points out to me but no one is there. Constantly thinks someone following him in the car

Several symptoms are common for general anxiety disorder and disappointment and irritation. But paranoia and these together point towards Paranoid schizophrenia.
