What Does Extreme Fatigue In The Extremities Indicate?

I have a extreme fatigue in my extremities. My hands cannot work well to write. They feel heavy. My legs feel like lead. This has been healing from time to time and I cannot figure our why. Overall I am also very exhausted even though I got a good night sleep and it is early in the day.

it can be general debility and anemia. rule out diabetes and hypertention. might be having ataxia involving pons and medulla. consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment
