What Does Faint Positive Pregnancy Test Report Signify?
I am about 5 or six weeks pregnant. About a week and a half ago I got two positive tests. Kind of faint. Took both early in the morning. Then today I started getting mild cramps so I took a test again at about 7 pm and yhe line was faint. More than last time. I'm worried about a miscarriage
HCG is normally only present in your body if you are pregnant. Any positive line, no matter how faint, means your result is pregnant.
A very faint line on a home pregnancy test usually means that implantation has occurred and you are in the early stages of pregnancy.
A faint line in the later weeks of pregnancy can indicate miscarriage.I would suggest you to take an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy and also check the fetal heart beat which can be heard at this stage of pregnancy.Any ectopic pregnancy should also be ruled out.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
