What Does Faint Positive Pregnancy Test Result Followed By Menstrual Bleed On The Next Day Signify?

i took two home pregnancy test on Friday one being first response and the other a store brand, I am sure I followed the instructions and both showed up with faint positive lines, the next day I started my period I don't understand how I could have had two positives and then this, should I be worried?

Faint positive lines in pregnancy test doesn't indicate pregnancy.It shows that results are inconclusive.Majority of the times ,pregnancy will be negative.
Do not worry about this.As you have already got your periods,its 100% confirmed that you are not pregnant.
