What Does Faster Heartbeat Through Stomach With Chest Pain Mean?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...

I am a 19 year old female and this has been happening since I was about 12 years old. I noticed my heart beating rapidly one evening, and I looked in the mirror and it was beating through my sternum/stomach area. I get really bad chest pains all the time. My doctor prescribed Nexium last April and sometimes I don't feel anything. Also, I have tightness in my chest and left shoulder. What's wrong with me??
