What Does Fatigue Along With Headaches And Dizziness Indicate?

Hi I have been experiencing increasing tiredness, pretty significant aches especially hips and back, headaches and dizziness. I had a pretty severe case of Lyme last September and haven t felt right since. Affecting quality of life. could this be a side effect of the Lyme disease? It was my second Lyme infection. On Doxy for a month and nausea/vomiting and severe pain did subside but never truly went away. Is this my life now? God I hate ticks.

take mri lumbosacral spine to rule out pivfd. hemogram may be done specially to detect iron deficiancy anemia and supliment can be taken.
