What Does Fatigue And Night Sweats Indicate Despite No Flu Symptoms?

seven days ago I woke up feeling like I was getting sick and was fatigued but had no other cold or flu symptoms.After two days the sick feeling went away but the tired feeling has remained.I have also had night sweets every night.the fatigue isn t as bad as it was but when I walk even a short distance my legs become very tired and tight.never had this problem before.(I am a 52 year old male)

you are having viral flue which is self limiting. it will cause fatigue and weakness. can take vit c and multivitamin.exclude diabetes and hypertention.take fresh fruits and vegitable get general checkup by doctors routine investigation of stool and urine can be done.
