What Does Fatigue, Weight Gain, Back And Hip Pain And Irregular Periods Indicate?

i am 47. female. tired alot usually within a couple hours of waking and around 2-3 pm. i have put on weight but i eat alot of fruits and veggies. these dont make me nausea like chicken, ribs or steak. i dont drink alot of sodas they make me sick to my stomach. my lower back hurts alot and my hips have been hurting like they are bieng pulled apart. i have not had a period in 3 months.

I reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like perimenopausal state.
You should be checked for iron deficiency anemia since your are fatigued and have a vegetarian diet.
Also you should do a total blood count and should be checked for arthritis too.
