What Does Feeling Of Something Stuck In Penis After Having Anal Sex Suggest?

I had been married for 12 years and recently got divorced in June. In the begining of November I had intercourse, including anal, with a close female friend of mine, who I trusted when she said we didn't need a condom, and again about two weeks ago. Now I have this feeling like there is something stuck about halfway down my penis. Is this something I should get checked? STD, UTI? I have also heard about guilt symptoms that you can sometime get after being with the same partner for a long time. Was just wondering what your input was on this.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sexually transmitted disease (STD) present with a rash, discharge, lymph node enlargement, ulcer or vesicles.
Urinary tract infection causes burning sensation while urinating and increased frequency of urination.
In case you are suffering from any of these symptoms, possibility of UTI is there and you need to get a urine examination.
If no infection is detected on urine examination, then probably it could be due to guilt syndrome as you are suspecting it to be.
