What Does Fever Along With Nausea, Cough And Body Ache Indicate?

I’ve had the flu for 5th day (fever, nausea, cough, sniffles, body aches including lower back pain)and on and off feel like I have a UTI. Not too frequent urination, but not much urine and chills.hair stands up on arms). Thought it could be just a UTI with flu like symptoms, but have coughing/cold symptoms.

Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .
Please see that UTI will not cause cough and cold but does cause fever nausea and body pains. Flu will take few days to clear .But UTI has to be diagnosed by midstream urine examination .
After lab confirmed diagnosis antibiotics has to be taken for 14 days plus increased fluid intake for fever plus body aches take tab Paracetamol 500 mg .
