General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should get under the treatment of an orthopaedic surgeon for you need to be monitored. The complication in your cervical spine (C5-C6) & C3-C4, is causing the pain to radiate to your neck. Follow all instructions given for cervical spondylitis by your treating doctor. You can also consult a physiotherapist. For pain you can take Ibuprofen (Advil) one stat when needed. Take vitamin supplements Like B12, B1, B6, & E. Looks like nerve damage, consult a neurologist & get all nerve investigations done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
