Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The fibro-calcific densities on the x-ray are old healed granulomas. Its trace after healed disease.
2.Even your results came negative in case of suspicion a course of tubercular treatment is given 6 months.
3.Yes the fibrotic and calcifications are the trace of previous infection and remains for decades. So you have to get an computer tomography and get reported as no TB and try to convince the people for employment.
4.It is curable but trace can not be removed for good.
5.You need to enquire what else do they accept other than x-ray, if x-rays report from authorised person saying no active infection will help.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
