What Does Fibrous Right Upper Lobe Mean?

hi im rogelio s. francisco jr. from the philippines i have a history about tb and now cured and when i apply to abroad got work i had medical but i fail because of my fibrosis right upper lobe what is the meaning of that?...can you explain it to me hope you read my story thank you and god bless you

Fibrosis is a kind of lesiom in which lungs tissue of that region is mot functioning and in the fibrosed portion lung tissue looses its elastic property. It is a permanent lesion in that portion of the lung and it is not possible to revert it back.
Sseverity of the problem depends on the volume of lungs fibrosed and in small lesions persons can spend healthy life without any complications.
