What Does Fluid From Vagina After Detailed Anatomy Ultrasound In Pregnancy Imply?

Hello I am 19 1/2 weeks pregnant with twins went to have an detailed anatomy ultrasound done and found out I was 1cm dilated. They sewed my cervix closed and kept me in the hospital for a couple days the next day after being released I woke up to a gush of clear liquid coming out of my vagina went to the emergency room and they said it is not aminiotic fluids and sent me home but I have been having the same spurts all day changing my panty liners ever hour is this normal?
