What Does Fluid In Brain Indicate?

My sister has just been diagnosed withphn brain...I am trying to understand what this will mean for her...she had a serious brain injury Fifty years ago when struck by a car at the age of 9-10 yrs. She was my first miracle, she survived and has lived a normal life. Now, it seems the doctors have discover fluid buildup. I want to know how I can be supportive ...how to encourage etc. She also , at the same time found. Lump on her neck lymfnoid(spelling ?) Always been healthy ...lives sixteen hours away from me! Not like I can just pop in! Any advice for a sister who wants to help?

There are many reasons for fluid in the brain, a ventricular system problem, CSF drainage disorders or others.

I would like you to consult with a scanned MRI report for further guidance in details.
